Waiting for the Green Tier

I'd been ruminating over the concept for this illustration since earlier this year.. Some cats were thrilled to have their 'rents home for lockdown, others--not so much. At last, it looks like Covid could soon be a thing of the past. Soon we'll be out of purple tiers, sliding down to red, orange, yellow, and finally, GREEN! This cat is eager to see the green tier, waiting each day by the window to see when it arrives.
